Apology for the delay in publication of the magazine<\/h3>\n

With summer just around the corner, we hope all our members are doing well. Thank you so much for your strong support last year when we released The Final Chapter<\/em>.<\/p>\n

This magazine, issue 36, should have arrived long ago, but due to a significant delay in the schedule, we have had to deliver it as a combined issue with 37. We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience that has caused. As I mentioned in a previous letter to you all, after the release of The Final Chapter<\/em> 70mm version, I intended to clearly outline the future direction of the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club and inform you of plans for my own production activities over the next three years. And now, in this issue, I am finally able to share those plans with you.<\/p>\n

The reason for this is that, unfortunately, I fell ill with gastritis on my birthday last year, December 28, perhaps due to fatigue from the production and release of The Final Chapter<\/em>, and I needed some rest. I am grateful for the many get well messages I received from fan club members upon learning of this.<\/p>\n

Even though I was unwell, that\u2019s no excuse for not publishing the magazine. I hope you\u2019ll forgive me if I promise to publish regularly in the future.<\/p>\n

Regarding my health, which I know caused you all concern, it improved temporarily at the end of the year, but after returning from a trip to the United States in March, it relapsed. The diagnosis at the time was that I would need three months of rest, but since it was originally a neurological illness and not caused by alcohol or an unhealthy lifestyle, I was not hospitalized or required to take a complete break from work. I suppose that was a blessing in disguise.<\/p>\n

Therefore, I will also try to reduce my workload somewhat and pay more attention to my health.<\/p>\n

\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

With that in mind, I have been working on my three-year plan and the Yamato<\/em> Grand Symphony concert. Now that those projects have come to a close, I am feeling more at ease mentally. My health is also improving, so there is no need to worry.<\/p>\n

As a producer, I will be working on projects over the next three years, and if I were to collapse midway through, it would cause a great deal of trouble for those around me. Therefore, I intend to pay close attention to my doctor’s diagnosis and take care to stay healthy so that I can continue working.<\/p>\n

By the time you read this issue, I think I\u2019ll be at the Cannes Film Festival. After I get back, I plan to start the three-year project. I\u2019m full of energy and very enthusiastic. I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll be causing you any more worry.<\/p>\n

Now, we have continued the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club with all of you who supported the Yamato<\/em> series, but with the release of The Final Chapter<\/em> last year, I think some of you may have been worried about the club’s continued existence. Moreover, there were delays in the publication of the fan club magazine, so I\u2019m sure many of you were worried. However, the fan club will continue going forward. We will also be returning to a bi-monthly publication schedule, so that we can keep you updated with new information.<\/p>\n

However, in last year\u2019s Final Chapter, Yamato<\/em> was sunk. The series, which has been in production since 1974, has come to an end. Therefore, the fan club is also at a turning point. We believe we need to move beyond just being a fan club and into something else. I will go into more detail in the following pages, but fundamentally it will still be a fan club for Yamato<\/em>. We believe that this aspect will satisfy our existing members as well.<\/p>\n

Ten years have passed since Space Battleship Yamato<\/em> first aired as a TV series in 1974, and a lot has happened during that time. The fan club has also walked alongside Yamato<\/em> for seven years. The release of The Final Chapter<\/em> May mark the end of an era, but it should also be the beginning of a new one. The fan club will also embark on a new path. However, it is a path that continues from Yamato<\/em>.<\/p>\n

I would like to move forward into the next era together with all of you who have loved Yamato<\/em> for so long<\/p>\n

What does the future hold for the fan club?<\/h3>\n

I would say that I have focused solely on Yamato<\/em> up until now. Certainly, there were many new projects, but Yamato<\/em> was a work that could not be completed without dedicating a great deal of time to it. In particular, for the seven years since the formation of the fan club, I have poured all my energy into Yamato<\/em>. The fan club has also continued for seven years solely on Yamato<\/em>, which began in 1974. However, the origins of Yamato<\/em> and its story reached a turning point with The Final Chapter<\/em> in 1983. That was also a turning point for the fan club.<\/p>\n

From that perspective, I think it\u2019s time to move beyond being solely a fan club for Yamato<\/em> and dissolve it in a constructive way. Certainly, the past is important to human beings, and such memories are necessary. However, humans cannot live solely on sentimentalism. Shouldn\u2019t we build upon our memories and past experiences to take on new challenges? I myself intend to work on new projects.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Yamato<\/em>-only fan club will be dissolved here, undergoing a transformation and being reborn as something new. That being said, this does not mean we will forget about Yamato<\/em>. No, we must never forget it. In other words, this will become a fan club that centers around Yamato<\/em>, but also includes new works. However, we have no intention of changing the name Space Battleship Yamato<\/em> Fan Club. What will change is its content.<\/p>\n

Focusing on Yamato<\/em> and works produced by Yoshinobu Nishizaki, we are planning to share new information and foster greater interaction than ever before. This will be the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club, and I would like those who continue to support my work beyond Yamato<\/em>, and those who wish to continue supporting me personally, to become Yamato<\/em> Fan Club members as before. Conversely, I understand that those who do not wish to do so may leave the club. In that case, any excess membership fees will be refunded.<\/p>\n

Regarding my future works, I will share new information in this issue, but I intend to create a work that will connect to Yamato<\/em>. It will be something different from the series that began in 1974, but it will definitely be a story set in the world of Yamato<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Now, regarding the fan club’s activities, we will continue to publish the magazine at a pace of once every two months, just like before. Of course, we plan to refer to past episodes of Yamato<\/em> in every issue, and we also intend to include a lot of the latest information.<\/p>\n

Up until now, it has been rather one way, with us primarily hosting and providing information to everyone. However, going forward, I would like to use the magazine as a medium to increase the points of contact between me and everyone. Of course, we will continue to provide more information than before, but let\u2019s work toward uniting the creators and the fans.<\/p>\n

While things haven\u2019t taken specific form yet, we plan to hold various events based on the above considerations. For example, the NHK Symphony Orchestra\u2018s Yamato<\/em> Grand Symphony concert was unfortunately limited to people in the Kanto region, but we are planning to make it available to people all over the country through video recordings and other means. Of course, we are also considering discounts for fan club members.<\/p>\n

Originally, the fan club was meant to connect you and us, the production staff. If we could talk with even more people through the fan club and its magazine, how wonderful that would be.<\/p>\n

As the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club steps into a new era, I will discuss my projects. I am working on a three-year plan, but Yamato<\/em> will still live on within it. Certainly, the story of Space Battleship Yamato<\/em>, which began in 1974, has ended. However, the human relationships created within that drama \u2013 Kodai, Yuki, Dessler, and others \u2013 will continue to exist. They have certainly not disappeared. And I have no intention of abandoning the image of the colossal battleship Yamato<\/em> sailing the ocean of space.<\/p>\n

Yamato<\/em> is a space battleship that was created based on the battleship Yamato<\/em>, which was built in 1941 and sank on April 6, 1945, while en route to Okinawa for a suicide attack. It is a ship that will never fade from my heart. I can\u2019t yet say what form the new concepts will take when they are brought to life on screen, but the fundamental essence of Yamato<\/em> for me is that it will certainly continue to live forever.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I have a plan for future project projects spanning three years, and it has already begun. Just like with the Yamato<\/em> series, I will continue to plan and produce projects for the next generation of boys and girls, including all of you. Going forward, I would like to feature these works alongside the original Yamato<\/em> as part of a fan club. I would be grateful if you could support my own creative activities in the same way you support Yamato<\/em>. That would be a great source of strength for me to continue creating my works.<\/p>\n

Starting this issue, the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club will change to the format described above. The past Yamato<\/em> series and my future works are the two wheels that will drive us into a new era. To commemorate this, and as a token of our gratitude for your support so far, we\u2019re planning to give everyone a gift. We’ll announce the details elsewhere, but please accept it as a memento of your participation in the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club.<\/p>\n

As was the case with Yamato<\/em>, my works can’t be completed in a year. I spend at least a year and a half on them. For my three-year plan, which began last October, we\u2019ve been continuing various discussions and brainstorming sessions. The three-year plan includes anime that will connect to Yamato<\/em>, as well as new anime. I\u2019m also considering a live-action project.<\/p>\n

These started from the point when The Final Chapter<\/em> ended. As I mentioned earlier, this is related to my work. I had many projects in mind, but I couldn\u2019t get around to working on them for a long time. I want to dedicate myself to it fully within the next year. I want to plan and do what I\u2019ve always wanted to do: working in theater, television, and anime.<\/p>\n

Space Battleship Yamato<\/em> must have something in common with these other works. This is not only because it is a work for a new generation, a work for boys and girls, but also because of the themes that run through it.<\/p>\n

Through that information and other means, I hope the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club will continue to be a vital link between me and all of you.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

New plan for 1985 to 1987<\/h3>\n

Now, let me tell you about my production plans for the period from 1985 to 1987. First, in terms of anime, there is a work tentatively titled Space Sailor Starship<\/em>. I will explain this in more detail later, but like Yamato<\/em>, it is a story about young people traveling through space. The fact that a ship travels through space is the same as in Yamato<\/em>, but the content will be depicted from a different perspective. However, it goes without saying that the spirit that flows through it at its core will be the same as in Yamato<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Next, there is an anime project called Dessler’s War 1, Battleship Starship<\/em>. This is a continuation of Yamato<\/em>, but it is a new story with General Dessler as the protagonist. Many members of the fan club have been asking, “when will Dessler’s story be made into an anime?” And this is that story. Furthermore, there is a project that continues the Yamato<\/em> storyline after Dessler’s War<\/em>, a work currently referred to as “Project X.”<\/p>\n

The three works mentioned above are being considered for the theatrical release or as a 1-hour television series airing 12 times a year. The theatrical schedule for summer 1985 has already been decided, but it is currently undecided which works will be included. The live-action projects are being planned in a similar manner. Previously, we planned to make Dirty Hero<\/em>, but it could not be produced because it clashed with the schedule of Be Forever Yamato.<\/em><\/p>\n

One project I\u2019m considering is a musical film with Yu Aku. It would be something like a modern version of To Love Again<\/em>. Separately, I\u2019m also thinking of another project set between 1953 and 1958, depicting the lives of young people during the time of the Great Voyage of Korea, set in the area from Joshin’etsu to Kanazawa, a story reminiscent of Snow Country.<\/em><\/p>\n

Furthermore, we plan to make Yoseiden<\/em>, a novel by Naoki prize winning author Ryo Hanmura, a familiar name to SF fans, with a production budget of \u00a51 billion. For this, we want to challenge ourselves to create new visuals by making full use of electronic imagery, animation, compositing, and other techniques. The release is scheduled for around March of next year, and will be shown at Shochiku Milano, Pantheon, and Central theaters.<\/p>\n

Currently, we are in the stage of discussing the basics of Starship<\/em>, but it won\u2019t be long before we start actual work. In this issue, I will discuss the central part of the story. I\u2019ve included the image boards, and I\u2019ll do my best to create something that exceeds everyone\u2019s expectations.<\/p>\n

In this way, from 1985 to 1987, I will be releasing entirely new works that carry on the spirit of Yamato<\/em>. I will keep you updated on these plans through the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club magazine.<\/p>\n

New Starship<\/em><\/h3>\n

Starship<\/em> is a story about boys and girls who travel through the starry sky aboard an antigravity spaceship. Like Yamato<\/em>, this anime features boys and girls as the main characters, who forge their own future with hopes and dreams.<\/p>\n

In the past, in Europe, crossing the Strait of Gibraltar from the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean was a turning point. Crossing the Cape of Good Hope at the southern tip of the African continent opened up a route to the Indian Ocean. Crossing the Strait of Magellan opened up a route to the Pacific Ocean. These also proved that the Earth is round, marking the beginning of the Age of Discovery.<\/p>\n

Similarly, the voyage of Starship<\/em> will usher in an era of great voyages beyond the solar system in the near future of 2090.<\/p>\n

In today\u2019s world, where science-fiction is prevalent, we tend to think of the solar system as very small, but in reality, it is a truly vast space. Even navigating within it is still not entirely free, and venturing beyond it will undoubtedly require an even greater scientific and spiritual leap.<\/p>\n

The story of Starship<\/em> is set in the near future, about 100 years from the present. At that time, humanity has only just managed to establish a living space as far as Mars, and is exploring routes to even more distant places beyond Jupiter. Conventional spacecraft do not use liquid fuel rockets like those of today, but rather laser navigation. This involves emitting lasers from planets or space stations along the route.<\/p>\n

Imagine a light-powered sailing ship where a laser beam is directed at the ship\u2019s sales to generate thrust. In this context, Starship<\/em> appears as a groundbreaking anti-gravity space sailing ship.<\/p>\n

Starship<\/em> is truly the protagonist of this work. Imagine a ship with elegant sails unfurled between the stars. However, these sails are not for catching light, but rather plates that emit anti-gravity particles. In other words, it\u2019s a never-before-seen mechanical marvel, with super-scientific mechanisms hidden within the style of an ancient ship.<\/p>\n

Starship<\/em> is built in a space dock located at a gravitational equilibrium point called a Lagrange point, and is headed to Jupiter for a test voyage. However, an unexpected accident occurs, resulting in the loss of experienced astronauts and other scientists, leaving the ship to be operated by just over 20 boys and girls. It is, in a sense, a space version of Two Years’ Vacation.<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Starship<\/em>, carrying these boys and girls, takes off into the outer reaches of the solar system, using a groundbreaking new navigation method. Its destination is among the constellations twinkling in the night sky. There is the constellation known since ancient times as Rialgo, shaped like a sailing ship, which contains the Canopus solar system. It is 180 light years away, a mind-bogglingly vast distance compared to the solar system. Thus, Starship<\/em> set sail into a new frontier of outer space as humanity\u2019s first manned interstellar spacecraft.<\/p>\n

This is where the story of Starship<\/em> begins, but of course many different episodes will unfold from here. We plan to put a lot of effort into both characters and the mecha, so please look forward to it.<\/p>\n

Starship<\/em> and its boys and girls face mysteries as their voyage depends on their success, and at times they are forced to engage in battle.<\/p>\n

Millions of years ago, a species of ape rose to the occasion, standing on two legs and using its free forelimbs to hold tools. That was the origin of science and technology, and thus the human species was born. Since then, it can be said that humanity has evolved alongside the development of science and technology. If humanity is something that constantly challenges itself within the vast expanse of space and time, then just how far will humanity go? This story is a grand science-fiction anime that depicts humanity\u2019s progress through the anti-gravity sailing ship Starship<\/em> and the boys and girls who coincidentally become its crew. Just like with Yamato<\/em>, we ask for your support.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What is Dessler’s War<\/em>?<\/h3>\n

Next, I\u2019d like to talk about Dessler\u2018s War<\/em>. As the title suggests, this is the story of the other hero of Yamato<\/em>, General Dessler. It will be a space opera, distinct from Starship<\/em>, and will be depicted with Japanese sensibilities. For now, the official title is Dessler’s War 1, Battleship Starsha<\/em>. The “1” indicates that this story has elements that will lead to future further developments, and it may also be related to “Project X” that I mentioned earlier.<\/p>\n

In any case, Dessler\u2018s War<\/em> will be a story that continues from Yamato<\/em>. In the Yamato<\/em> series, Dessler initially appeared in Part 1 as the antagonist, an invader of Earth. However, his unwavering convictions and firm beliefs made him a very popular character, despite being an enemy of Yamato<\/em>. Later, in Farewell to Yamato<\/em>, and in Yamato 2<\/em>, Kodai and Dessler began to feel a kind of friendship. In The New Voyage<\/em>, we even saw a joint operation between Dessler and Yamato<\/em>.<\/p>\n

However, even though Dessler has formed a friendship with Kodai and considers Earth a friendly planet, his beliefs remain unchanged. In Yamato III<\/em>, he shows his true character and his unwavering convictions as a man leading a large nation, which I believe resonated with fans.<\/p>\n

I myself am a big fan of Dessler. I have been thinking about a series with him as the main character for quite some time, so I incorporated it into the three-year plan as Dessler’s War<\/em>. While it has a side story feel, it\u2019s not a completely separate episode. It still takes place within the world of Yamato<\/em>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The story begins with the final scenes of The Final Chapter<\/em>. Yamato<\/em>, having been destroyed by Captain Okita to stop the flood of Aquarius, is sinking into the water. Kodai, Yuki, and the crew of Yamato<\/em> watch the ship peacefully fall into slumber, and they return to Earth.<\/p>\n

However, Dessler gazes intensely at the vast expanse of space that swallows Yamato<\/em>. Having saved Yamato<\/em> from peril when it was targeted by Lugal, Dessler cannot forget Juzo Okita, who he met on screen near the end.<\/p>\n

If you think about it, in Part 1, Dessler and Okita never met face-to-face. It wasn\u2019t until The Final Chapter<\/em> that they first came to know each other. Even just that alone must have made Dessler realize that Okita was a more remarkable person than anyone he knew.<\/p>\n

“Yamato<\/em>, your strength and beauty are the same as my ideal, my soul. If I were to abandon the gods, I would worship you.”<\/p>\n

Dessler retrieves the wreckage of Yamato<\/em>\u2019s first bridge, which had sunk into the sea, along with the remains of Okita.<\/p>\n

As those who have seen Yamato III<\/em> and The Final Chapter<\/em> already know, Dessler built the Galman-Gamilas Empire, but a sudden cataclysm caused him to lose almost all of his nation. Where will he go next after recovering Okita and Yamato<\/em>? That\u2019s something to look forward to. And what happens after that will be the theme of Dessler’s War<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Now, if the story continues from Final Yamato<\/em>, then Kodai and Yuki must surely make an appearance. Of course, they are married. The Final Chapter<\/em> depicts the end of one stage in their love and the beginning of a new one. Captain Okita also taught Kodai that marrying the person he loves and raising children is another kind of battle.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Yes, Kodai and Yuki already have a child. Kodai, along with Sanada, is patrolling the rebuilt solar system aboard a newly-constructed spaceship. However, how he and Dessler will be connected in the story is something you\u2019ll have to wait and see.<\/p>\n

Dessler\u2019s War 1, Battleship Starship<\/em>, is a work that can be enjoyed by both Yamato<\/em> fans and Dessler fans.<\/p>\n

On May 10, I took the 70mm version of Space Battleship Yamato, The Final Chapter<\/em> to the Cannes Film Festival. Although anime is not eligible for submission at Cannes, I went with the hope that the boys and girls of Cannes and Nice would see Yamato<\/em>, and also to show it to those who came to the film festival.<\/p>\n

This could be considered a first step toward international recognition. An animated film shot on 70mm, with a cinematic structure and visuals, a film that is truly watchable in 70mm, is quite rare. I don\u2019t think anything like this has happened anywhere in the world in the last ten years.<\/p>\n

Today, Japan can be called an anime powerhouse. And from among all of it, The Final Chapter<\/em> was released as a work with a large 70mm picture and a 6-channel sound. I want to make this clear to the world, and by making it public, I want to show its true value. I am confident that The Final Chapter<\/em> is a work that many people will enjoy watching.<\/p>\n

Dessler’s War<\/em> is a story that follows The Final Chapter<\/em>. It aims to be a work that rivals Yamato<\/em>, capturing the essence of the series that has continued for ten years, and centering on Dessler, who appeared as the antagonist, but captured the hearts of many fans.<\/p>\n

Starship<\/em> and Dessler’s War<\/em> will both be major points in my three-year plan.<\/p>\n

Music and the Cannes Film Festival<\/h3>\n

Now, I\u2019d like to announce our live-action projects. Among our three-year plan, Yoseiden<\/em> which is already scheduled to be screened at Shochiku theaters, makes extensive use of electronics and animation compositing in its visuals, so I\u2019m sure anime fans will enjoy it.<\/p>\n

Yoseiden<\/em> is a full length science-fiction novel by Ryo Hanmura, who won the Naoki Prize and the Izumi Kyoka Prize. Set in the Edo period, The story revolves around the secrets of the Golden Castle, involving the Kidoshu, a group of people who live secretly in the shadows of everyday life and follow a special religion, Hoshinosuke. They are possessed by a life form from a star called Portalaka.<\/p>\n

As those who have read the original work will already know, this story contains some quite shocking scenes. In other words, it depicts the darker, more sordid aspects of human nature, but when adapting it into a film, we have no intention of emphasizing the erotic or grotesque elements.<\/p>\n

Since I\u2019m producing it, I won\u2019t make it a sensationalist ninja sci-fi story. The target audience is 18 to 20-year-olds, roughly one generation older than those who watched Yamato<\/em> \u2013 those who have graduated from Yamato<\/em> \u2013 and I want to present it as a story depicting love. That\u2019s how wonderful the material for Yoseiden<\/em> is. I\u2019ll make sure to share information about this project from now on.<\/p>\n

From 1983, my time was dedicated to planning and laying the foundation for these three-year projects. In 1985 we have Starship<\/em>, followed by Dessler’s War<\/em> and Yoseiden<\/em>. In addition to these, I am also planning other new projects, so I would be grateful for your support.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m also thinking of traveling from Cannes to America. I am planning to study future visuals and future human life at Disney World in Orlando Florida. Also, in Los Angeles, I will be visiting a computer company called CRAY 2, which has more than three times the capacity of conventional computers. I would like to use computer graphics and other technologies in projects after Starship<\/em>.<\/p>\n

These works will mark the first step in a major shift in visual style. We intend to fully utilize even newer approaches in Starship<\/em> and Dessler’s War<\/em>, and strive to create a new generation of anime.<\/p>\n

Regarding the music, we were able to present the long-awaited symphonic music for Yamato<\/em> at the Yamato<\/em> Grand Symphony public recording. This was planned when The Final Chapter<\/em> began in March 1982. It was conceived as a way to bring closure to the music of Yamato<\/em>, which has been going on for a long ten years.<\/p>\n

Traditional film music is composed by an orchestra of 60 to 70 people. It had been performed in various forms, but I wanted to somehow perform with a full orchestra in a formal configuration. I wanted to challenge myself to create something that would last for posterity. This feeling continued after the release of The Final Chapter<\/em>. It grew immensely within me. <\/p>\n

Ideally, it would have coincided with the release of The Final Chapter<\/em>, but I was so busy with film production that I was simply not in a position to do so. However, after the release of The Final Chapter<\/em> in March 1983, I decided that I absolutely had to create a classical symphony of Yamato<\/em> in four movements, simultaneously with the production of the 70mm version. Based on the motifs of Hiroshi Miyagawa, with music composed by Kentaro Hanada, this was made possible on May 4 with a performance by the NHK Symphony Orchestra. This is a world-class Orchestra that can rival not only the Berlin Philharmonic and the Boston Philharmonic, but also other major ensembles.<\/p>\n

The performance was filmed by director, Akio Jissoji, and will be presented as a video recording.<\/p>\n

This was one of the projects I have truly wanted to do within the context of Yamato<\/em>. I intend to use the joy of this achievement as motivation to move on to the next step.<\/p>\n

The spirit of Yamato<\/em> lives on<\/h3>\n

As I\u2019ve mentioned before, with the conclusion of Yamato<\/em>, both the fan club and I are about to enter a new era. Looking back, Space Battleship Yamato<\/em> has lived for ten years and the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club for seven years. And now the foundation of all of this, has come to an end. However, the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club is about to take a new step forward, building upon the memories of Yamato<\/em> up until now.<\/p>\n

From now on, the Yamato<\/em> Fan Club will be a fan club for my works with Yamato<\/em> at its core. As I mentioned earlier, however, the spirit of Yamato<\/em> and the feelings for Yamato<\/em> will not fade. No, precisely because it has ended, I believe Yamato<\/em> will become an even greater presence in the hearts of its fans.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, I will continue to challenge myself with new works, building upon the foundation of Yamato<\/em>. What Yamato<\/em> has conveyed to everyone so far will be carried over into the new series of works. I intend to send a message to everyone through each and every work, hoping that you will have dreams and hopes for the future, and that you will consider what true Love is.<\/p>\n

As soon as I return from Cannes, I plan to start working on the three-year project. I think I\u2019ll be able to share more new information in the next issue. The fan club, which evolved from love, will publish information about these new works before anyone else. We hope you will look forward to the newly-reborn Yamato<\/em> Fan Club and future works.<\/p>\n

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our fan club members by the delay in the publication of the magazine, but in the future, the new fan club will take great care to ensure that this does not happen again. We also plan to deliver the latest information and articles to our fan club members, so please look forward to it.<\/p>\n

After the new fan club is formed, some members may leave. However, please don\u2019t forget that, even if only for a short time, you were united by your love for Yamato<\/em> and shared many friends. The spirit of Yamato<\/em> will always live on.<\/p>\n
