Voice: Kozo Dosaka<\/em><\/p>\nBalkom is the head of the Bolar National Security Committee, which oversees security, intelligence activities, and the monitoring and crackdown on anti-establishment movements.<\/p>\n
He considers the information provided by the operatives deployed in the Galman star system to be a serious matter and reports it to Bemlarze. Galman-Garmillas considers the cooling phenomenon caused by Dezarium’s massive fortress to be the “Witch of Uralia.” However, his report is quickly denied by Secretary Darya, who values \u200b\u200bold customs. Though known for his cold-heartedness and calculating nature, Balkom seems unable to stand up to Darya.<\/p>\n

Dezarium Intermediate Supply Base Digablas<\/h3>\n
Dezarium supplies phase energy generated on its home planet to various destinations via the deep subspace. Digablas means 13, and as its name suggests, it is Dezarium’s 13th phase energy supply base. Unlike the previous 12 bases, Digablas was established outside the space-time node after its discovery. Therefore, the energy transport route is presumed to run from the deep subspace below the dimensional boundary of “33rd Century Earth,” through the deep subspace of the space-time node, and then to the deep subspace directly below Digablas.<\/p>\n
Digablas was originally prepared as an energy supply base for the Iscandar Transfer Plan. For this reason, it is located in the “Ganel Nebula” on the Large Magellanic Cloud side of the Milky Way Galaxy, near the Sagittarius Dwarf Galaxy.<\/p>\n
Using this as an intermediate supply base, Dezarium “pumps” phase energy from deep subspace and sends it through medium-depth subspace to the Gorubas, which participate in the operation. This is because pumping phase energy from deep subspace requires large-scale equipment, and Goruba’s capture field is only capable of handling medium-depth subspace. As a result, energy for Iscandar’s transport was procured within the operational area, and the Dezarium Hammer was used to extract energy from Garmillas and the planet Garmario in the Bolzon solar system.<\/p>\n
In the Earth return plan devised after the failure of the Iscandar transport plan, Digablas was designated as an intermediate supply base to provide energy for the fleet dispatched to the solar system. As part of this plan, construction of a 14th supply base is underway in the Orion Arm, but Digablas is the only pumping facility capable of supplying energy toward the Milky Way Galaxy.<\/p>\n

Mobile Fortress Zespaze<\/em><\/h3>\nA large mobile fortress of the Bolar Federation. It serves as the mobile office for High Commissioner Bemlarze when he leaves the Bolar home planet, and also functions as the government office of the Permanent Management Organization.<\/p>\n
Built on the ruins of an ancient civilization discovered by the Bolar Imperial era, it served as a symbol of the Empire’s vast military power, expanding its territory, and later the power to maintain the national system. Over its long history, it has undergone numerous renovations and expansions, earning it the reputation of an impregnable fortress.<\/p>\n
The spherical portion at the fortress’s center houses the power reactor. Despite extensive analysis since the Imperial era, Zespaze<\/em> has yet to be fully understood. The power reactor, in particular, is a complete black box, and its potential output is believed to be enough to destroy an entire star system.<\/p>\nFrom the Imperial era to the present, no method has been discovered to fully control Zespaze<\/em>‘s power reactor, and the Bolar Federation has installed safety devices to limit its function and output, barely managing to operate it. These facilities are long, thin structures attached to the top, bottom, left, and right sides of Zespaze<\/em>‘s spherical body, and serve as implosion safety devices in case of an emergency. They also house the fleet operation system.<\/p>\nThe Permanent Management Organization is currently planning a renovation to install additional facilities and more sophisticated control devices, with the aim of expanding Zespaze<\/em>‘s role as a mobile fleet base.<\/p>\n<\/br><\/p>\n

Carrier-Based Light Attack Aircraft Revut<\/h3>\n
The Revoot is a light attack aircraft that reflects the Bolar Federation’s unique technology and strategic philosophy in its design, armament, and crew protection mechanisms. Its design features high maneuverability, stealth, and heavy armor despite its compact size.<\/p>\n
The aircraft’s overall twin-fuselage structure consists of a main fuselage containing the cockpit and a twin-boom structure with separate engine sections on the left and right. The wing configuration is based on a delta wing, and movable control devices such as leading-edge slats and trailing-edge ailerons enable precise attitude control in an atmosphere and in areas of space dense with interstellar matter. Large leading wings (canards) forward of the main wings enable angle-of-attack control at high speeds, achieving both pitch stability and high maneuverability.<\/p>\n
The design prioritizes stealth performance, with each component shaped to reduce radar cross section (RCS). For example, the twin vertical tails ensure rear visibility and high spatial stability, and their strong outward canter contributes to a reduced radar cross section (RCS). In addition to externally mounted weapons, the aircraft also features stealth-compatible hangars built into the wings.<\/p>\n
The name “Revut” comes from a bird originally from the planet Bolar that spread to other areas as the Empire expanded. They have adapted to planetary environments and come in a variety of species, but the most common is a small, red Revut. The blue Revut, currently the national bird of the Bolar Federation and considered the “Bird of Revolution,” is larger and considered the original species, and is classified as an “Arevut.”<\/p>\n
Initially, because the name used within the Bolar Federation was unknown, the Garmillas military reported it as “IK-301” and classified it as a small fighter. Even now, with the name Revut confirmed, the designation is still used for convenience by Galman-Garmillas and Earth.<\/p>\n
