This powerful and moving masterpiece features the heroic end of <em>Yamato<\/em>, a ship that loved Earth and protected the peace of the universe, as well as the undying love between Kodai and Yuki.<\/p>\n<h3>A new enemy&#8230;a showdown with the Dengil Empire<\/h3>\n<p>As the &#8220;final chapter,&#8221; this <em>Yamato<\/em> is packed with highlights. Among the many topics, the biggest one is the love between protagonists Susumu Kodai and Yuki Mori. Also making a comeback are familiar characters like the ship&#8217;s first captain, Juzo Okita, and its nemesis, Dessler. It&#8217;s truly an all-star cast, bringing <em>Yamato<\/em> to a climax.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, the spectacular scenes are also fantastic. The last 40 minutes of the film, including the battle with the enemy Dengil Empire and the appearance of the gigantic battleship Uruk, are more intense than ever before.<\/p>\n<p>The year is 2203&#8230;a collision between stars occurs on the far side of the galaxy, causing damage to many planets. The Dengil Empire, whose entire planet is submerged by the water planet Aquarius, decides to emigrate to Earth. Hoping to wipe out humanity before that happens, Dengil&#8217;s Commander Lugal plots to warp Aquarius and submerge Earth!<\/p>\n<p>16 days until Aquarius approaches! <em>Yamato<\/em> is hit hard by an attack from Dengil&#8217;s massive mobile fleet, and Susumu is seriously injured and nearly killed! This special re-edits the 26 episodes and adds new images, making for a highly anticipated release packed with highlights.<\/p>\n<p>After learning from Teresa on the planet Telezart that the White Comet is plotting to invade Earth, Kodai and his team hastily return to Earth. Kodai is injured, and Yuki protects him.
