The end of Yamato<\/em> will be like this…!?<\/h2>\n

The last scene [in the movie] was so moving that it brought tears to our eyes that we couldn’t wipe away. However, it seems the ending of the TV series will be different from the movie. Depending on how it ends, we may be able to expect a Part 3!<\/p>\n

Prediction 1: Kodai’s death will be depicted…?<\/span><\/p>\n

Kodai rushes toward the super-dreadnought battleship with the dead Yuki by his side. A ray of light shines through the ship. This is how the movie ended. Many people expect that this storyline will not change much in the TV series. However, there is a final onslaught by the super dreadnought, and Kodai is killed in the cockpit. Still, he remains at the controls. It is possible this will be the final scene. The tragedy will be heightened even more. But there is also an overwhelming number of fans who do not want to see Kodai die.<\/p>\n

Prediction 2: Analyzer takes Kodai’s place?<\/span><\/p>\n

In the movie, Analyzer dies, too. (?) In the TV series, however, there is a possibility that Analyzer will do his best for Yamato<\/em> until the end. Analyzer has longed for Yuki as if he were a human being, and may wish for Kodai to live for Yuki’s sake. Could he take over Yamato<\/em> and charge forward…? But then, what about Kodai, who is left alone after Yuki’s death? Would that be too pitiful?<\/p>\n

Prediction 3: Teresa saves Yamato<\/em>?<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a possibility that Teresa, the goddess of love, will save Yamato<\/em> and Kodai. Teresa, who was thought to have died along with the planet Telezart at one point, is actually alive with her supernatural powers. Will she finally show her incredible power for Yamato<\/em>‘s sake?<\/p>\n

This is something Yamato<\/em> fans are hoping for. Kodai and Yuki would also be given new life. Wouldn’t this then lead to the long-awaited Yamato<\/em> Part 3…?<\/p>\n

Prediction 4: Mamoru Kodai will reappear…?<\/span><\/p>\n

Could Kodai’s brother Mamoru and Starsha reappear? We could predict that. The two of them could give energy to Yamato<\/em>, and destroy the white comet. Then Yamato<\/em> would become a star and wander through space forever….<\/p>\n
