Captain of Yamato<\/em>, flagship of the 65th Escort Squadron. He took command after Juuzo Okita and Ryu Hijikata. He continues to experience harshness after the Garmillas War and the Battle of Gatlantis. He takes very seriously the fact that he was saved in exchange for the Time Fault. He is determined to fulfill his responsibility to humanity. He met Yuki Mori on the voyage to Iscandar, and six years later they are still engaged.<\/p>\n

Daisuke Shima is the first officer of Yamato<\/em>. As Chief Navigator, he steers Yamato<\/em> and supports his close friend Kodai, who has become the ship’s captain. His trust in Kodai is unshakable, but sometimes his friend’s stubbornness hurts his feelings. His delicate and fearless ship-handling skills are still intact. As first officer on the current voyage, he is focused on maintaining the morale of the ship.<\/p>\n

Yamato<\/em>‘s New Technical Manager. Since the first voyage to Iscandar, she was the first assistant to Shiro Sanada. She oversees scientific analysis and information analysis in his place now that he has left Yamato<\/em>. He has established a new structure in which all technical officers are responsible for development and construction work. Kitano knows that some are whispering that he is a “publicity stunt,” and he is determined to prove his abilities.<\/p>\n

She replaces Yuki Mori, who became the captain of the Asuka<\/em>. In 2199, he was selected as a member of the Yamato<\/em> Project, but was injured and could not board the ship. Six years later, he was welcomed on board. He is known as a “Tactical Demon” and gives the newly appointed Chief Tactical Officer Kitano a hard time. He has a habit of saying, “Being a pro isn’t easy.” He has been a long-time comrade in arms with the chief tactician of the Hyuga<\/em>, Namio Sakamaki.<\/p>\n

He is a good-natured young man, but always keeps an eye on the ship, assuming the worst. He met his wife Yuria on the voyage to Iscandar, and they were married during the Gatlantis War.<\/p>\n

Yamamoto is the new Wing Commander. Born on Mars. With the memory of the late Klaus Kiman in her heart, she has been passionate about training young airmen. She has always had a cool demeanor, but her inner passion is immeasurable. Her outstanding flying skills are still intact, and she has joined the flagship Yamato<\/em> of the 65th Escort Squadron with many of her students.<\/p>\n

The newest member of the Engineering division. He is the most hot-blooded of the new crew. He can’t tolerate any irregularities. His father was also a soldier, killed in the battle with Gatlantis.<\/p>\n

One of the few survivors of the Enceladus garrison, he is a craftsman who knows his way around a Wave Engine. He is also responsible for damage control duties during combat, and is struggling to figure out how to manage a division with so many new recruits.<\/p>\n

A new member of Yamato<\/em>‘s Engineering division. He is a kind-hearted person who cares about his friends. He entered the National Defense Academy with the aim of serving aboard Yamato<\/em>, and the opportunity came unexpectedly quickly. He prides himself on being “perfect in practical skills,” but is he? As the son of the late Chief Engineer Hikozaemon Tokugawa, he is under a lot of pressure from those around him. He dreams of becoming a full-fledged engineer while enduring the pressure.<\/p>\n

A technical exchange officer dispatched from Garmillas. As a Second Class Garmillas, he is supposedly a Zaltsian, but he is actually from Earth. He was once aboard Yamato<\/em> and was involved in a mutiny. He has made a second life for himself as a crew member of a dimensional submarine and found a loving “family” on Garmillas. What fate awaits him when he leaves his family on a distant planet and boards Yamato<\/em> again?<\/p>\n
