Ugh… the deadline is tomorrow. I’ve got to get this done in time! Once this piece is finished, I’m going back to working on my serial series!
Managed to submit the illustration just in the nick of time. Phew. Next up, I have to draw a picture of a character with a ponytail for a certain someone. Hmm…

For those who purchase the Blu-ray of REBEL 3199 (Chapter 6) from Yamato Crew, I believe a postcard featuring this illustration will be included as a bonus. For this piece, I decided to bring the female characters together.
Right now, I am facing a looming deadline for the Yamato 2199 serialization. I’m still struggling with drawing the mecha, as always, but I’m giving it my best shot.
I will also be participating in the Summer Comiket, where I will be releasing Kentaro Honjo’s novel, Chi ni Ochite Shinazu ba (Unless It Falls to the Ground and Dies). This is the third and final volume. I handled the cover art, illustrations, and book design. Please stop by if you are interested.
I started drawing the “circle cut” image for my Winter Comiket application, but I ended up drawing way more detail than was actually necessary. I really ought to be working on my serial manuscript instead! Ugh…
Fan artist Kira Black: The earthquake made my sleep really light, and my Abelt plushie fell off the chair! I’m so annoyed.
Murakawa: Sanctions must be imposed on anyone who commits such an act of disrespect against the Führer.
My partner asked if I had an image to announce the “POPOPO” stream this weekend, so I paused work on my serial manuscript to make one… *sigh*
The deadline for the serial is this weekend, too. I’m currently locked in a fierce battle with drawing mecha. Because of the scale, fighter jets require much more detail than battleships. They take ages, far longer than drawing characters.
