I know production on the final 2199 discs has been suspended, but will production resume soon -- or has the project been cancelled altogether?

    Thank you.

  • It's now the end of May 2015, almost 9 months later, and still no word if Voyager is going to keep their promise and at least offer Volumes 5 & 6, do a print run and then bow out.

As a Fan of the show, it's so frustrating to see all the mistakes they made in handling it to bring it to North America (No legal Stream, Wanting too much control, the insistence at the beginning on the ship being named Argo and the name "Star Blazers 2199") In this day and a age, it's really rare for anyone to "blind buy" a home video release of a show they haven't seen at least some of.

  • It really is a shame that they botched this roll out. I'm boycotting everything related to Yamato/Star Blazers until they finish the blu ray releases of "Star Blazers 2199" in the US.

And what will become of Star Blazers now that it seems the original series is no longer available to purchase from Voyager?

All in all, this leaves me not wanting to support them financially anymore.
